   To lessen the spread of COVID-19, please be advised of the following:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

   • Until further notice, we will be open to the general public from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
   • Please Note: No in person debit or cheque will be accepted during this time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
   • We will assist all Residents to be setup on the Resident Portal and New Tenants can make their Security Deposit or Pet Deposit by e-transfer. This can all be coordinated by phone at 204-594-5411 or via email at [email protected]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     My Place Realty is taking proactive measures to increase our cleaning and sanitation procedures relating to disinfecting common touch points in our buildings, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

     • Elevator Panel & Buttons<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
     • Door Handles & Light Switches<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
     • Railings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
     • Laundry Facilities <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
     • And all common areas with the most contact<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       Please Note:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have closed the fitness facilities<\/u>, social rooms<\/u> and social areas<\/u> temporarily until further notice. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

       If you or anyone you know who is displaying signs of illness and\/or symptoms related to COVID-19, please contact Health Links immediately. Please call 204-788-8200 or toll-free 1-888-315-9257. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
