The COVID-19 pandemic has created huge changes in every Manitoban’s life and our top priority is to protect the health and safety of Residents and Team Members and to continue to be able to provide essential housing services in a healthy and safe manner. Our Team strives to create a better future by improving business practices today, so we are adapting our pandemic responses in real time. We are committed to working with you to keep you in your homes and we want to assist you in getting the support you need during this global crisis.<\/h2>\n

Rent is due April 1. Our Property Managers will work with you and your personal circumstances to help you stay in your home. You can contact your property manager to discuss options that are available. <\/em><\/h2>\n

The Province of Manitoba has frozen rent increases from April 1 – May 31, 2020. If you received a rent increase notice for April 1 or May 1, you can feel confident knowing that this amount will be rebated on your ledger. By using our Resident Portal, you are in control of your payments and how much money you send us, so you don’t have to worry about what is coming out of your account.<\/h2>\n
