In response to the current news of the Omicron variant quickly spreading in Canada we will be closing our head office to the public, as well as all satellite offices, including 190 Smith St., 100 Southview Cres. and 1310 Archibald St.

If you are not already registered for our resident services portal and opted in for email communication, please do so at your earliest convenience. It is important to register and opt-in so you do not miss important communication regarding your apartment community.
Maintenance will only be attending to emergency work orders until further notice. If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue that you would prefer not to wait for, arrangements must be made through your Property Manager for maintenance to enter the apartment home while there is no one home.
