SUBJECT: COVID-19 | OPEN HOUSE EVENT GUIDELINES | UPDATE #3

With the slow lift of the COVID-19 requirements, My Place Realty has implemented the best practices for our open house events as your safety and the safety of our staff has always been, and remains, our number one priority.   

COVID 19 OPEN HOUSE GUIDELINES:

  • VACANT UNITS will be shown by appointment only.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING will always be required.

  • MASKS (PPE) will be required to be worn by all in attendance. Please note Mask (PPE) will not be provided by My Place.

  • HAND SANITIZER will be provided onsite.

  • GUESTS, you will be required to sanitize your hands before entering the building.

  • GUESTS, only groups belonging to the same household will be shown the unit at one time.

  • GUESTS, you will be required to wait outside while social distancing yourself.

  • GUESTS, you will also have the option to wait in your vehicle until it is your turn to view the suite, but please sign in your name on the Resident Manager’ sign in sheet.

  • GUESTS, you will be asked if you have recently travelled internationally or across the border and if you’re experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. If so, you will be required to reschedule or attend a virtual showing.
