A historic company rebrand. Bringing it back to where it truly began!

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – We are thrilled to announce a historic company rebrand for My Place Realty, bringing it back to where it all truly began – Thorwin Properties.

Over the past few months, we have all worked hard to adapt, integrate, and especially embrace Kris Thorkelson’s vision with the Yardi system. While this is a significant transformation, our core beliefs have not changed.

If anything, this has created a more distinctive path to where we truly want to be in our industry and the level of service, we want to provide our current and future residents going forward. We want to also recognize and thank our staff for their hard work and dedication.

With the new company rebrand, we have decided to pay homage to My Place Realty but also to help continue the brand recognition we have created, unifying the same look and feel. This will also be accompanied by a new innovative website that will be integrated with the Yardi software system.
