My apartment through Thorwin was/is my very first apartment and it’s because of him that I don’t want to move or go anywhere else. This place is my home and Grant helps it be comfortable. If there’s ever an issue he is there to help and fast, if I’m curious about something he is there to help. He goes above and beyond every time.

Apartment caretaker (Grace Czarko) was always attentive to any complaints that came up willing to work out a solution. Snow was always cleared early so that tenants could leave for work on time which was a big bonus for me.

Love that the building is pet friendly my toddler enjoys seeing different dogs around every day. Ana is so so sweet and accommodating. Right from the day I met her for viewing a suite, she has been fantastic. She answers emails very fast like literally a couple minutes after I send it, she replies. Orval is wonderful as well. Love living here!

The commute to work is great and the apartment block is kept clean, has huge balconies, a gym, a lovely community room and is pet friendly! There is a lovely outside garden area and a separate, large dog run - Thorwin really puts the friendly in pet friendly! What I also really enjoy is the sense of community in the building - it feels like a small town in the best way! You are also close to superstore and can be downtown in 15 min! There is also a wonderful and scenic bike/walking path along Fermor. Happy to call 1310 Archibald my home!

Very clean and organized as far as repairs etc. Ana was amazing and responds to emails and questions right away! It’s like a community here and people that live here care about each other. Dog park and so many places to take my dog for a walk. The storage units downstairs are spotless. The building is kept in excellent condition! A very well-run property. Ana is exceptional at her job, and I feel lucky to have her here taking care of anything that comes up!

Management has been really nice to us, especially Sarah Nabess, who helped us through all the procedures, from renting to moving and finally living here. We never thought renting a place while living abroad was even possible, but Thorwin's agents made it happen. The apartments are beautiful. We really like that the building is pet friendly and how everything Downtown has to offer is within walking distance, We'd love to live here for a long time.

I watched this building getting built, applied, and received the best unit I was dreaming of. I watch an amazing sunset every day. The care takers in the building are so wonderful, very helpful and understanding. I only have good things to say. I am so glad that I chose 30 UC. My life is truly elevated.

The Resident Manager is extremely helpful and kind. They answer questions almost immediately, even outside work hours if necessary. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The views are beautiful, and the apartments are soundproof. My cat and I love it!

She was incredibly professional and gave an impressive tour of various suites not just once, but multiple times and each time maintained the same standards. Furthermore, I learnt from the residents she is very helpful and responds to issues and requests right away (unless they are contacting after business hours). In my view, even more important than the establishment is the people who manage it, and Beth does it with outstanding work ethic. Keep it going!

Sarah Nabess is absolutely amazing, and she helped us throughout and ensured that we have a top-notch moving experience. The process was easy, and they will respond to any questions you may have as fast as they could. If you guys want a convenient location in the heart of the city, I definitely recommend moving here!

The best part of living here wasn't the free gym or freshly grinded coffee, but overall, the entire staff. Everyone from the On-site office was always very helpful and respectful. If I had any doubts or problems they quickly and effectively resolved them. Long story short, if I hadn't moved to another city I would stay there for the next year.

I then met with Debbie, she was such a joy to deal with! She took her time to answer all my questions and made me feel secure that I had picked the right home! Knowing that I will be able to lean on such a supportive team with any questions or concerns was a huge key to making my move official. Every single person I have dealt with at Thorwin has been such an enjoyable experience. I hope Debbie & Kendra get the well-deserved recognition they deserve!

My husband and I have been living at this apartment for over a year and can say the building is clean, organized, and nice interior. The management (in particular Debbie Funk) is great, helpful, and friendly! We had a few things initially which were resolved by management quickly. The apartment comes with all utilities and a majority of kitchen equipment which are clean and in great working condition, I was excited to see the dishwasher (life saver)!!! We are enjoying our stay here, this is our 2nd year!
